  Chapter 1: The Humble Introduction Once upon a time there was a nice quaint, humble village laying on a high plateau. The king of this village was a dictator intent on tyranny. Yet like all tales do there was a singular house on the edge of the village or as people say the odd one out. People told horrendous stories about how the person inside killed small ducklings and toasting them upon bonfires fueled with rage and hate. Yet no one had ever once seen the inhabitor of the house leave. “They take children from their beds!” one person cried. Of course the parents took advantage of this tale and told their daughters and sons that if they didn’t get to bed in time they would get taken. All of the children believed this funny tale, and while most people wouldn’t call the tale funny, two children the size of a small chair didn’t believe it.
